Captain may also decline fish due to their size. Fees include labor and disposal of the fish. Please do not throw away unwanted fish parts into the sea as you can be arrested/fined for such actions.。 Cancellation Fees Calculated by days prior to charter schedule date 11+ All money is refunded 7 to 10 $300 0 to 6 No refund *$300 Payment must be completed 14 days prior to the charter date. If you are scheudling within 14days, payment must be made ASAP. Until the payment is received, the scheduling will be first come first serve. *If the charter is cancelled due to bad weather by the Captain decision, all money will be refunded. Damage & Loss Fishing rod $150 Personal items Your own responsibility Damage to the boat, other gear, or lost equipment. Prices will vary depending on the damages or what has been lost. Captain will make the decision on value of the lost item or damage repair costs. Please do not break the boat!
